Airstream Alpha is led by Doug Dyer, who founded the firm in early 2018 after 10+ years in traditional financial industry roles, including investment banking, private equity / venture capital and hedge fund investing. Doug previously worked at the Texas Children’s Hospital $2+ billion foundation, where he led PE / VC and real asset investments. Prior to that, he led a variety of investment strategies for a $7+ billion fund at Morgan Creek Capital Management. He earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his BSBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.
