Meet Virtuent, a systematic investment firm that uses data science and machine learning to invest in U.S. community bank stocks. The technology and software behind Virtuent’s investment strategy have been in active development since 2018. The strategy went live in a fund structure on August 1st, 2020.
Airstream Alpha has worked closely with Virtuent’s Founder & Portfolio Manager, Eddie Duszlak, on a number of key initiatives since inception, including the following:
- All investment firm and hedge fund launch activities, including finance and systems setup
- Creating operational processes and procedures required by institutional investors
- Building detailed budgets and financial forecasts
- Managing third party software, accounting, legal and financial service providers
